Dedicated IP Warmup Service

2,000€ one-time

Moving to a new IP shouldn't mean your emails land in junk. I plan, run, and monitor a 60-day warmup so ISPs learn to trust your domain. Your campaigns reach the inbox, and your reputation is built on real engagement before the first big send.

The Problem

Why a new IP guts your inbox placement

Most warmups fail before the first email ships, because the work that decides whether ISPs trust you happens upstream of “send”. I’ve seen six-figure email programs torpedoed by a missing DKIM signature, a list with 12% spam traps, or a Day-1 blast that lit Gmail’s filter on fire.

When you start sending from a new IP, you’re guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. Blast your full list on Day 1 and you’ll be on a blocklist before the first campaign finishes.

The four ways most warmup strategies break:

  • Spam-trap blind spots. Sending to unverified or stale databases hits spam traps that can ruin your reputation for months. List hygiene before warmup is non-negotiable.
  • Black-box throttling. When an ISP throttles you, most senders don’t know how to read the SMTP error codes or when to back off. They keep “pushing through”, which is exactly the behavior spam filters use to confirm you’re a spammer.
  • No ongoing visibility. You might warm up successfully on day 60, then get a bounce surge or a blocklist hit on day 75 and not notice until a campaign falls flat. Reputation rots fast without monitoring.
  • Authentication gaps. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender identity. If these aren’t all aligned, the rest of the warmup is built on sand.

What I actually do

I treat your domain like a premium asset, because the cost of recovering a blocklisted domain is roughly an order of magnitude higher than warming a fresh one correctly. The work is hands-on for 60 days, then continues quietly in the background for the next 12 months: bounce monitoring, blocklist watch, ESP feedback loops, and a phone call if anything shifts.

For more on the email-security and reputation infrastructure that sits underneath this engagement, see my Managed Email Security tier (ongoing protection at 35€/mo per domain) and my cybersecurity & hardening writeups.

When the warmup is one piece of a larger hosting and security setup you’d rather have run end-to-end, apply for Access and we’ll scope the whole picture on the discovery call.

What You Get

The Webnestify Advantage

Setting up the records is the easy part. Most of the work is in the verification: making sure your real mail still gets through, and that nobody is using your domain who shouldn't be.

  • Strategic Orchestration

I don't follow a generic formula. I segment your 55,000+ contacts into precise, staged lists so every volume increase looks normal to ISPs and gets accepted instead of throttled.

  • Proactive Reputation Defense

I treat bounces as early warning signals. I monitor your sending patterns daily, and if Yahoo or Gmail starts pushing back, I pause the affected segment, analyze the cause, and adjust before damage is done.

  • Authentication Done Right

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI where it makes sense: all locked down so ISPs see a legitimate sender at the protocol layer, not a guess. Misconfigured auth is the silent killer of warmups.

  • Direct-Access Accountability

You aren't hiring a platform. You're hiring an expert. When you have a question about your deliverability, you message me directly on Signal or WhatsApp. No support tier, no offshore handoff.

How It Works

My Deployment Approach

I handle the technical work so you don't have to read RFCs.

  1. Audit & Segmentation

We clean your lists, verify contact quality, and segment your data into a 60-day roadmap. The work that happens here decides 80% of how the warmup performs later.

  2. Staged Rollout

We start with a low-volume drip and step the load up as ISPs learn to trust your sender identity. Volume increases are tied to engagement signals, not the calendar.

  3. Continuous Monitoring

I watch bounce patterns and ESP reactions daily. You get a clear picture of how the warmup is progressing, not a black box you only hear about when it breaks.

  4. Long-Term Protection

Your engagement includes 12 months of reputation monitoring after the warmup completes, so a sudden surge in bounces or a blocked domain gets caught before it costs you a campaign.

Access is a separate, ongoing engagement.

The Dedicated IP Warmup Service Implementation is a standalone managed service. It's billed and run on its own and is not part of the Access Partnership. If you'd rather hand off your entire stack instead, Access is a different option: an ongoing retainer that covers hosting, cloud infrastructure, and proactive security across everything you run. Either way you're talking to me, not a sales team.
